Truth

In The Mists of Avalon: Soundboards of Truth:

  1. Why is it, then, that the senior mother can allow others their truth but others won't allow us ours. Good quote, Von. I am working on "peace within the storm" today.

    As it happens, The Mists of Avalon is one of my very favorite books, and while I know its fiction, sometimes the characters are as real to me as the people around me. This quote is perfect. As Robin says, though, I wish they would allow us OUR truth as well. I think that they are about to hear it loud and clear....
